Steve joined The Gutierrez Company as the Chief Financial Officer. As a member of the executive management team, Steve is responsible for the financial management of The Gutierrez Company including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and reporting, debt and equity structure for projects, partnerships and acquisitions, accounting and treasury operations, fiscal and risk management, information technology and supporting human resources.
Steve began his career in banking and has held accounting and finance leadership roles in companies ranging from start-up to fortune twenty. Prior to joining The Gutierrez Company, Steve was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for a very successful private medical company in Boston. Steve has extensive background across the entire business spectrum aligning all functional areas to advance the business strategy, strong expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and operations, with a history of driving continuous improvement.
Steve holds an MBA from Babson College and B.S. degree from North Adams State College along with being a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Financial Manager. In addition, Steve has a Diploma in Financial Planning from Boston University and an active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license.
As President, Arthur is responsible for implementing the company’s strategic planning in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, development opportunities and management of the company’s portfolio and operations.
